Our company only charges a percentage based only on the booking price and we provide the following services:
- List and Advertise your property on multiple booking sites and platforms including our own
- Take professional photographs
- Handle all traveler inquiries, consultations, and bookings around the clock
- Handle all contracts, deposits, and collection fees
- Maximize your earnings with our operation system and booking technology
- Key exchange and personal walk-through with guests
- Welcoming gifts (for our luxury property)
- 24 hour availability for guest emergencies
- Property maintenance
- Trash & recycling responsibilities
- Cleaning services
- Inventory and damage inspection
- Restocking bath and kitchen supplies
1.1) SEPARATE SERVICES
BNR Concierge can also provide these services but they must be contracted separately:
- Cleaning of outside windows.
- Cleaning of mold.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Steam cleaning.
- Dusting ceilings, windows, or any other surface that is difficult to reach.
- Deep stain removal.
- Lifting heavily items such as furniture or anything over twenty (20) pounds.
- Landscaping and yard-work.
BNR Concierge charges between 20% to 25% depending on the services of your choice. Our commission is only based on the booking rates paid by the guest, not including other fees such as pet deposits, security deposits, and cleaning fee.
BNR CONCIERGE FEE 20% or 25%
The benefits of choosing the 25% management fee are:
- TOT / Hotel Tax registration, permitting, filing and payment.
- A confirmed BNR Concierge staffer at each guest check in.
- One post-owner stay cleaning per month (Exclusivly on the 180 day contract).
- One household maintenance property review (not including cost of material or labor for additional work).
